Berlin guitar player Barbara Jungfer is on the road again with new songs and her band. She draws on unlimited resources. Her music is a mixture of grooving modern jazz, world music from different continents, echoes of traditional jazz and sometimes freely extemporized passages.

This time she shows influences which she collected on her journeys to Senegal and Morocco. The audience will also get to know Barbara`s dealing with Indian music as well as the results of a composition scholarship in New York in 2006. Another inspiration was her Australia tour with guitar player Peter O´Mara in 2007.
